Thank you for your interest in becoming a QNode Affiliate. Our mission is to help as many pets as possible stay safe and find their way home. By joining the QNode Affiliate Program, you agree to the following eligibility requirements and program policies.

Eligibility Requirements

To participate in the QNode Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be 18 years of age or older.
• Be based in the USA.
• Have at least one active social media account where you create original content.
• Provide accurate and truthful information during the application process.
• Agree to comply with these Program Policies and any future updates.

Meeting these requirements does not guarantee acceptance into the program. Eligibility and acceptance into the QNode Affiliate Program are determined solely at QNode's discretion. We reserve the right to approve or decline any application for any lawful reason.

Code of Conduct

As a QNode Affiliate, you represent our brand. We expect all affiliates to:

• Treat others with respect and professionalism.
• Communicate honestly and accurately when discussing QNode products.
• Refrain from using profanity, hate speech, harassment, discrimination, or offensive or inappropriate content while promoting QNode.
• Avoid making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about QNode or its products.
• Follow all applicable laws and the advertising guidelines of the platforms you use.
• Disclose affiliate relationships when required by law or platform policies (such as FTC guidelines).

Affiliates are expected to uphold values that reflect positively on the QNode brand, its mission, and its community.

Activity Requirements

To remain in the program, affiliates must stay active.

This includes:

• Creating content featuring QNode products.
• Maintaining reasonable engagement with the program.
• Completing any minimum content requirements associated with your affiliate tier.

Affiliates who become inactive for an extended period may be removed from the program.

Content Guidelines

Affiliates must:

• Create original content or content they have permission to use.
• Accurately represent the features and capabilities of QNode products.
• Not impersonate QNode or represent themselves as employees, agents, or official representatives of the company.
• Respect the intellectual property rights of QNode and others.

QNode may request the modification or removal of content that does not meet these standards.

Brand Usage

Approved affiliates may use QNode logos, product images, videos, and other marketing materials provided by QNode solely for promoting QNode products.

These materials may not be modified in a misleading manner or used for unrelated purposes without prior written permission from QNode.

Termination

Participation in the QNode Affiliate Program is a privilege, not a right.

QNode reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any affiliate's participation in the program, with or without prior notice, at its sole discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, violations of these policies, inactivity, fraudulent activity, conduct that may harm the QNode brand or community, or any other behavior that QNode determines is inconsistent with the values or objectives of the program.

Termination may result in the cancellation of unpaid commissions (where permitted by applicable law), removal of affiliate benefits, and deactivation of affiliate links.

Program Changes

QNode may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program, including commission rates, benefits, eligibility requirements, and these policies, at any time and without prior notice.

Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of any updated policies.
